PARKING PASS - HOW IT WORKS?
- The facility manager of your facility shares an excel sheet to our support staff for one time onboarding of your facility.
- Authorised members can update realtime availibility of their parking slot in the App
- Authorised members can register road side parking places in the App .
- Authorised members can ‘Send Parking Pass’ to their guest.
- An Intelligent algorithm checks free slots in Visitors parking area , slots shared by otehr members and even slots from nearby partner's parking.
- MetroPark+ sends VISITORS PARKING PASS to your guest along with direction to reach allocated parking slot.
- In case parking is not available in the facility then MetroPark+ sends google map locations of nearby road side parking places that members have registered !
- Authorised members or security frees the parking slot when guest leaves your facility in their App .
- Members see parking utilization report and pay to society or to parking owner .
- If a member does not pay the parking fee before the 7th of each month, their account will be automatically disabled.
- Parking time violations are instantly visible to the security staff on their tablet, allowing them to quickly contact the concerned guest
- The security staff’s tablet is configured to display only the parking dashboard—nothing else. This ensures there is no risk of misuse or theft of the tablet

MetroPark+ is a smart visitor parking management solution designed for housing societies, commercial complexes, malls, coworking spaces, and corporates. It helps property members send digital parking passes, reserve visitor slots and track parking usage in real time.
An Authorised member sends visitor pass from the MetroPark+ app. The visitor receives WhatsApp message with a link to Parking Pass. It includes automatically allocated slot number, direction to reach parking location and expected duration of parking . The visitor shows this at the gate or boom barrier where the operator validates the pass.
Yes. MetroPark+ shows a live view of available and occupied slots for your property (as configured by the owner/admin). This helps you avoid overbooking and maintain clear separation between resident, visitor and reserved slots.
Parking rates, grace period and time limits are fully configurable by the parking owner / society committee. MetroPark+ only implements the rules you set (for example: first 30 minutes free, hourly charges after that etc.).
Security guard can see status of each slot in different color in his Tablet. In case guest has exceeded alloted time them he calls the guest just by clicking ring button. In case parking time has exceeded the slot available time set by parking slot owner then that slot is shown in RED color . There is provision for configuring charges for such scenarios in Admin panel. .

When tablet is opened then only dashboard app is automatically opened. No other apps is seen in the tablet. This prevents theft and misuse of the tablet.
There is delete my records option in Apps menu. In case anyone wants to exit from the platform then he can click this button. His records like login credentials , bank details and parking slot details will be removed from database. But his parking utilization and payment history will be kept for future refrence by the property .
Each visitor pass has a validity window. If the visitor arrives late,then the member who sends the pass mark the pass as expired. If a visitor leaves early, the member or security guard can check-out and free up the slot for someone else. Any extra charges (if applicable) are calculated based on the actual stay duration.
In many cases, yes. MetroPark+ is independant of access control, boom barriers or RFID / ANPR systems . Alhrough APIs or simple hardware add-ons and Integration options with your existing setup are available , in most of the cases there is no need of integration as purpose and scope of both system are different. Main purpose of MetroPark+ is to allocate Parking Slots.
Yes. You can configure EV-only slots as separate category. If you already have EV chargers installed, those slots can be marked and tracked separately for reporting and billing.
Authorized members can see utilisation of their parking slot in MetroPrk+ App. They also see how long they used other member's slots and Py using UPI /Credit card and other popular payment options. . Monthly utilization reports are sent by email as well.
MetroPark+ follows standard data privacy and security practices. Only authorised members can view respective visitors details for their own property. Unlike other parking Apps , Data is strictly NOT shared with third parties except for payment processing or legal compliance.
