1. Objective

The Society proposes to use MetroPark+ WhatsApp Parking Assistant , provided by MobileSutra Innovators LLP, to improve utilization and transparent management of parking within the Society, including visitor parking, temporary sharing of eligible unused parking spaces and event parking.

2. Collaborative Parking Policy

Voluntary Sharing: A member may voluntarily make an eligible parking space allotted/permitted for his or her use temporarily available to other authorised members or their registered visitors for a specified period through MetroPark+.

No Transfer of Rights: Temporary sharing only permits use for the specified period and shall not create sale, transfer, assignment, tenancy, easement, ownership or any permanent right over the parking space.

Society Control: All parking usage remains subject to the Society's registered bye-laws, Parking Policy, approved plans and applicable law. The Society may modify, suspend or cancel an arrangement where required.

Visitor & Event Parking: MetroPark+ may be used to plan visitor/event parking, collect guest vehicle details, allocate eligible spaces, send digital parking passes and directions, and inform Security about expected vehicles.

Safety: No parking shall be permitted in fire access routes, emergency access areas, common passages or other prohibited/common areas.

3. Parking Charges

The General Body authorises the Managing Committee to configure applicable parking charges or credits, if any, for Visitor Parking • Temporary Shared Parking • Event Parking . Rates and settlement rules shall be communicated transparently before implementation.

4. Digital Records & Transparency

MetroPark+ may maintain digital records of: Parking Provider → Parking User → Vehicle → Parking Space → Date/Time → Duration → Applicable Charges . Members may view their own utilization/payment information, while the Society may access consolidated parking-management and utilization reports.

5. General Body Resolution

“RESOLVED THAT the General Body approves the adoption of MetroPark+ Collaborative Parking System for digital management of visitor, shared and event parking in accordance with the Society's Parking Policy.

RESOLVED FURTHER THAT the Managing Committee is authorised to configure parking spaces, members, security personnel, parking rules and applicable charges; undertake implementation with MobileSutra Innovators LLP; and make operational changes from time to time, provided such changes remain consistent with the Society's registered bye-laws, General Body-approved Parking Policy and applicable law.”
