When a devotee scans the QR code for buying VIP Darshan Pass or to see Live Darshan, they get a short quiz about the deity or Hindu values. Answering correctly within a minute lets them unlock the service—plus, they might get a discount or a free Prasad coupon too!

How it Works
The system comprises a QR code, a user-friendly mobile app preinstalled on a tablet, and a web-based admin panel to streamline temple operations efficiently.
For Devotees:
Upon scanning the QR code, devotees can instantly access temple live darshan and avail services such as online puja booking, donations, and Prasad coupons directly from their mobile devices.
A simple click on the “Donate” button allows them to contribute, with instant receipts sent via WhatsApp messages to devotees for transparency and trust.
The QR code can be placed on souvenirs, temple literature, or banners, making it easily accessible during temple events.
For Temple Staff:
The preinstalled tablet app enables temple staff to manage online and offline donations, puja bookings, and Prasad distribution while accepting payments via cash or a temple-issued QR code.
Devotees receive receipts instantly via WhatsApp or through a Bluetooth/Wi-Fi printer.
For Administrators:
The web-based dashboard allows Mandir management to input and display all available poojas and services whenever a QR code is scanned.
Automated financial reporting simplifies accounting, with easy export options in Excel or PDF.
Administrators can enable or disable temple live darshan directly from the dashboard.

TempleKiosk consist of a QR code embedded on Wooden Trophy for devotees, A Tablet for temple staff with preinstalled App and Admin panel for temple Management.
Devotees can scan the QR code and see services offered by respective temple and pay for each service. The services to be displayed on QR code can be controlled by Temple Management using back end Admin Panel. At present folloing pre-configured services are offered . Management can select from those services.
- Live Darshan. Wifi camera and a laptop is required for activating this .
- Audio of Temple History . We can help temple to record the history using professional voice recorder.
- Audio of Temple Arati . Management can upload from back end.
- Abhishek and Pooja booking . Devotees can select date from native calender in respective language. And pay for corresponding type of Pooja / Abhishek.
- Donation . Devotees can pay donantion. Pan card is taken as per government regulations.
- VIP Pass. Devotees pay for Darshan PASS. They get PASS on WhatsApp. Security person scans it using his mobile of Scanner and validates the pass.
- Prasad Coupon . The coupon is sent by WhatsApp once devotees pays for it.
All services that are shown using QR code can be seen in tablet . Only difference is staff can accept cash or bank given QR code and enter details in tablet. Reciept is sent automatically using WhatsApp.In addition to this , Coconut sale , Frame sale, hall booking can be taken from tablet.
Yes. In most of the indian languages.The Recipt devotees , Daily summery report to trustees and Next day pooja list to Guruji is sent also sent in respective language.
We configure the details like list of poojas etc and give access of Dashboard to management immediatly. We need KYC of Trustees for getting Payment Gateway account for the temple. This takes arounf three to four days. So it takes around one week .
The software is in cloud and so we remotely fix any issues. The App in staff tablet is also controlled remotely . So there is no need of physically present. It is like WhatsApp , Microsoft word and excel . No one needs to support it. It automatically gets updated with more features and bug fixes. The product is being used for few year now. All issues are addresses and it is time tested . Application installed in Staff tablet is also updated automatically .
When tablet is opened then only our app is automatically opened. No other apps is seen in the tablet. This prevents theft and misuse of the tablet.
Yes. You can purchase locally. We install our software remotely on the Tablet .
Yes. Temple name and logo (Image of diety) is shown on TempleKiosk QR code and on Receipt etc.
Yes. It is securely stored on the cloud . You get backup from dashboard . We do not share the data with third party . If you demand then weI encript and stored .
Yes. You need Epson wifi printer for this.
Yes. In case you have payment gateway account then it comes directly to your account . Other wise it is automatically routed from our payment account to your ban account.
At present they charge 2% of the transaction amount. But we are negotiating with other payment gateway . So it will be reduced to 0% as well.
Generally payment gateway takes 2 days . But if you want immediate transafer then they charge extra comission.
Yes . Since data is stored in cloud , internet is must . Offline transactions are not practical .
