Terms and Conditions



These terms apply to all users of the TempleKiosk - Mandir Management Software / platform , MetroPark+ platform and NGOSutra platform provided by Mobile Sutra. By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree that Mobile Sutra is not liable for any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from its use.

  • The app and all components of each platform cannot be resold or distributed without written permission of MobileSutra.
  • Users may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the app and all software components of the platform.
  • The app requires user details such as mobile numbers for sending WhatsApp messages to respective users. Mobile Sutra may access this data for technical support purposes.

Refund policy



NGOSutra

In most of the cases each NGO using our platform have their own payment gateway account and website . Please check the refund policy on respective website. We only provide platform for showcasing their good work . We do not provide Payment Gateway to them .

TempleKiosk

In most of the cases Temples who use our platform have their own payment gateway account and website . Please check the refund policy on respective website. In case they do not have website and payment gateway account then we provide our own payment gateway account and route payment to their bank account. We do not cut any transaction fees for this . In such cases we follow Temple's refund policy. Temples are expected to follow all applicable rules for accepting payment.

MetroPark+

For online booking for Parking we refund money in case you write to us explaining cercumstances under which you need refund. We take Parking operator's approval before payment settlement date and refund the parking charges . For subsription for using VISITOR PARKING PASS facility , we provide trail period before start of the subscription . You can stop subscription anytime . We will not refund your money for the previous subscription period.

Intellectual Property Rights



All designs, scripts, graphics, and interactive features of each platform belong to Mobile Sutra and are protected under intellectual property laws. The platform is provided "AS IS" for informational purposes only. Users must comply with all applicable local laws when accessing or using the platform.
