The system comprises a QR code, a user-friendly mobile app , and a web-based admin panel to streamline NGOS's operations efficiently.
For Donors:
When a donor scans the QR code for donation, they instantly access the NGO’s ongoing projects, complete with photos and videos, directly on their mobile device.
A simple tap on the “Donate” button enables secure contributions to the project of their choice, with instant receipts sent via WhatsApp messages to donors for transparency and trust.
The QR code can be placed on souvenirs, literature, or banners, making it easily accessible during any events.
For NGO Staff:
The NGO management software mobile app called NGOSutra can be installed on smartphones or tablets, enabling staff to record daily expenses , product sales and log time effortlessly.
They can take donations via cash or a bank-issued QR code with instant receipts sent through WhatsApp or printed using Bluetooth/Wi-Fi printers.
For Administrators:
The web-based admin panel allows admin staff to enter projects details and upload images and videos . Those projects gets displayed whenever a QR code is scanned by prospective donor.
They see different financial reports, Staff Attendancereports , donation reports and product wise sales reports . This simplifies accounting, with easy export options in Excel or PDF.
Administrators can add new Mobile App users , Administrators and details of trustees who get periodic rerports on their WhatsApp.
