Two Flexible Parking Payment Options

MetroPark+ allows facilities to choose between offering parking assistance as a facility-paid service or asking guests to pay for parking before a space is allocated.

Option 1 — Facility Pays MetroPark+

The event venue, institute, corporate or banquet hall pays the applicable MetroPark+ platform fee and offers parking assistance as a value-added service to guests.

Guests simply provide their vehicle details. MetroPark+ allocates an available parking space and sends the guest a digital parking pass with the allotted slot and directions.

Facility Pays → Guest Shares Vehicle Details → Parking Allocation → Digital Parking Pass

Option 2 — Guest Pays for Parking

The guest receives a WhatsApp message asking whether parking is required. If yes, the guest pays the parking fee and enters the vehicle number.

After payment confirmation, MetroPark+ allocates an available parking space and sends the digital parking pass on WhatsApp.

Configurable payment sharing: When the guest pays for parking, the payment can be shared between the parking provider, facility and MetroPark+ based on the configured payment model.
