Two Flexible Parking Payment Models with MetroPark+

Residential societies and commercial properties can choose how parking charges are collected: members can settle parking usage based on actual utilization, or guests can pay directly for parking through WhatsApp.

Option 1 — Member-to-Member Payment

MetroPark+ records parking usage from security check-in and check-out entries. At the end of the billing period, each participating member can see how many hours they used another member's parking and how many hours their own parking was used.

The utilization report calculates the amount payable. If payment is not completed within the configured deadline, the member's MetroPark+ parking-service access can be temporarily disabled until the dues are cleared.

Option 2 — Guest Pays for Parking

When a member adds a guest for an event or day-to-day visit, MetroPark+ sends the guest a WhatsApp message asking whether parking is required.

If parking is needed, the guest pays the applicable parking fee and enters the vehicle number. After payment confirmation, MetroPark+ allocates an available parking space and sends a digital parking pass on WhatsApp with the allotted slot and directions.

Configurable payment sharing: In both payment models, the percentage share for the parking provider, society or commercial property, and MetroPark+ can be configured according to the property's approved parking policy.
