Guest Parking Management for Events

MetroPark+ is a WhatsApp-based parking management solution for residential societies, commercial premises, educational institutes and event venues.
During festivals, weddings, cultural programmes, annual meetings and other events within a residential society, members can voluntarily share their unused parking spaces. This helps the society create a larger pool of temporary event parking without requiring additional infrastructure. Society members can view the available shared and visitor parking spaces and instantly send digital parking passes to their guests through WhatsApp. This reduces congestion, prevents unauthorised parking and makes event parking more organised and convenient for residents, guests and security staff.
MetroPark+ can also support parking for larger events in banquet halls and hotels by collecting guest's mobile numbers and vehicle details through WhatsApp, allocating available parking spaces before the event and automatically sending WhatsApp Parking Passes with parking instructions.
The platform is being implemented in collaboration with the Pune District Co-operative Housing Societies and Apartments Federation.
